At Smart Film, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home privacy and insulation solutions. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all standard-sized products in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully roll the film and place it back into its original protective tube or box, ensuring all installation tools and instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned film for damage or usage, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
